David Bierman, Esq.
Before becoming a certified mediator and Supreme Court qualified Arbitrator, I spent 21 years working as an insurance adjuster handling both 1st and 3rd party claims, including SIU and litigation. While working as an adjuster I went to law school at night and became an attorney. After one year working as a Defense attorney, I have represented Plaintiffs for since 2007 in insurance claims as well as condominium disputes, whether for the association or the unit owner.
These experiences have provided me the opportunity to help parties evaluate and negotiate their case from the perspective of someone who has been on both sides of the table.
My background and experience of sitting in all seats at the mediation table makes me uniquely qualified to serve as your mediator.
